2011-2012 Doug and Grace Loughlin Scholarship Winner: Judith Belford

Judith is a four-year member of the Scottsbluff High School National Honor Society. She has received recognition as the top student in College Algebra. Her community volunteer activities include; mentoring girls with attention deficit disorders, peer tutoring , highway cleanup programs, and church community service programs that help the elderly with household chores. Judith has received special recognition for her participation and support of mentoring programs.

Judith will be attending Fort Hays State University and intends to major in Graphic Design. In the future, she hopes to open her own graphic design studio and create an environment where children can create art without criticism.
