We will notify all credit card issuers, cancel lost or stolen cards, and request that replacements be issued promptly.* When you call, you will be asked questions, such as name, address, and Membership Number. You will also be asked to verify credit card information. We will promptly mail you written confirmation of all credit card cancellations and all replacement requests. *Some financial institutions may require you or your student to call them directly and will not accept notification from third parties.
