Some Colleges Overcharge Students With Private Insurance; Late Fees Can Spiral

Lawmakers were busy this spring passing legislation that addresses two of the biggest financial issues facing young adults: health care and education. Among other things, the recent health-care overhaul allows people to stay on their parents' insurance until age 26, while new financial aid rules will permit some people to repay student loans based on their incomes.
